The Intelligence Core

AI applied where it actually pays for itself.

We use AI as a capability, not a slogan. Every engagement starts with a specific task, a measurable baseline, and a human review step — because unreviewed automation is a liability, not an advantage.

Who this is for

  • Companies drowning in repetitive knowledge work
  • Support teams handling the same questions daily
  • Businesses with document, data, or research bottlenecks
  • Product teams adding AI features to an existing app

Problems we solve here

  • Staff spend hours on work a system could draft
  • You have been sold AI tools that produced nothing measurable
  • Your data is unstructured and therefore unusable
  • You need AI features but not the associated risk

How this work runs

The path from brief to handoff.

  1. 01

Opportunity assessment — where AI has real leverage and where it does not

  2. 02

Baseline — measure the current cost, time, and error rate

  3. 03

Prototype — build against real data, not a demo dataset

  4. 04

Evaluate — accuracy, cost per task, failure modes, and review load

  5. 05

Deploy — with monitoring, guardrails, and human oversight

Questions

Answered before you have to ask.

Will AI replace our team?
That is not how we scope it. We target the repetitive portion of a task so your team spends time on judgement. Final output is reviewed by a person.
What about our data privacy?
Data handling, retention, and provider terms are agreed before implementation, and can be restricted to providers and regions you approve.
How do you prove it works?
By measuring against the baseline we captured before building. If it does not beat the baseline, we say so.
