Acceptable Use Policy
What this site, our accounts, and our services may not be used for — and what we do about misuse.
Last updated 28 July 2026
Scope
This applies to anyone using this website, submitting a brief, holding an account, or receiving services from us.
You must not
Break the law, or ask us to build something whose primary purpose is unlawful.
Submit content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
Use our forms to send spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions.
Attempt to access accounts, orders, files, or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure.
Resell, redistribute, or republish our digital products as your own.
Use our services to produce deceptive synthetic media of real people without their consent, to run harassment or disinformation campaigns, or to build systems designed to discriminate unlawfully.
AI-specific limits
We build AI and automation systems, and we are deliberate about where we will not point them: covert surveillance of individuals, impersonation of real people, automated decision-making about credit, housing, employment, or health without meaningful human review, and generation of content designed to deceive at scale.
If a request falls into one of these areas we will say so, explain why, and where possible propose an alternative.
Enforcement
We may suspend an account, cancel an order, or end an engagement for a breach of this policy. Where the breach is serious we may report it to the relevant authority.
Report misuse to legal@asayamedia.com.
