Terms of Service

By using this website or buying from it you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Custom project work is governed by a separate signed statement of work. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the statement of work wins.

Packaged services: fixed-scope audits, assessments, and sessions delivered to the timeline stated on the product page.

Digital products: templates, toolkits, and prompt systems delivered as downloads.

Monthly retainers: rolling monthly capacity, billed in advance, cancellable at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies at checkout; tax is calculated and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken at purchase. Retainers renew automatically each month until cancelled.

If a payment fails, we may suspend delivery until it is resolved.

Timelines stated on product pages start from the point we have the information, access, and assets we need from you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the material you give us and for having the rights to anything you ask us to use.

Delays caused by missing information or feedback extend the timeline by the length of the delay.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, tooling, internal systems, and know-how, and of anything we license from third parties. You get a licence to use those as embedded in your deliverables.

Digital products are licensed to you for use within your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own product.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific commercial results such as revenue, ranking, or conversion figures.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either party may end a retainer at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
