Work

Built, shipped, and open to inspection.

We do not publish client names, logos, testimonials, or result statistics until the client has verified and approved them. What we can show you is our own work — products we built and run ourselves, and the art portfolio behind the visual side of it.

Capability demonstrations

What else we have built to prove the point.

  • Capability showcase

    This Website

    Design, Development, SEO, Accessibility

The site you are reading is the demonstration: a database-backed service catalogue, an intake system, and a design system built from scratch.

    • Server-rendered pages with per-route metadata and structured data
    • A design token system driving every colour, radius, and shadow
    • Reduced-motion alternatives for every animated element
    • Keyboard-operable navigation, filters, and forms
  • Concept demonstration

    Forge Identity System

    Branding, Design Systems

An internal exercise in building an identity that survives contact with a hundred different surfaces.

    • Token-driven colour and type scale with contrast rules encoded
    • Responsive logo behaviour from favicon to billboard
    • Motion principles defined alongside static rules
  • Interactive prototype

    Intake and Recommendation Flow

    UX, Automation, Product

The eight-question assessment on this site is a working example of a guided recommendation system.

    • Conditional questioning that adapts to earlier answers
    • Transparent, editable recommendations — never presented as a quote
    • Structured project summary generated from the responses
  • Process example

    Process Documentation Model

    Operations, Quality Assurance

How an eight-step process with four review passes is actually documented and enforced on a project.

    • Definition of done per deliverable type
    • Review checklists for functionality, visual, conversion, and technical
    • Handover package contents specified in advance

Why the work page looks like this

Real work first, claims second.

Every claim on this site can be checked. That constraint is deliberate.

  • We do not publish client names, testimonials, statistics, or case results until the client has verified and approved them. Nothing on this site is invented.
  • Work shown as a concept demonstration is exactly that — internal or speculative work, clearly labelled.
  • Third-party costs such as hosting, licensing, media spend, and talent fees are billed at cost and disclosed before they are incurred.
  • Estimates are estimates. Recommendations produced by the assessment tool are suggestions, not binding quotes.
