Refund and Digital Product Policy

When you can get your money back, how digital downloads are treated, and how to cancel a monthly retainer.

Last updated 28 July 2026

The short version

If we haven't started work, you get a full refund. If a digital file is broken or not as described, you get a full refund. If we have already delivered the work, we don't refund it — but we will keep working until it matches what was promised.

Packaged services (audits, assessments, sessions)

Full refund if you cancel before work begins — that is, before we schedule the session or start the review.

Once work has begun, we refund the unstarted portion at our discretion, and we will always tell you what has already been done.

Once the deliverable has been sent, the purchase is non-refundable. If it does not match the scope described on the product page, we will revise it at no cost.

Digital products (templates, toolkits, prompt systems)

Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once downloaded.

We will refund in full if the file is corrupt, will not open, is materially different from its description, or if you were charged twice.

If you bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it, contact us and we will refund or swap it.

Monthly retainers

Cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep access and capacity until then.

We do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

If we failed to deliver the agreed monthly capacity, tell us and we will credit or refund that month.

How to request a refund

Email legal@asayamedia.com with your order reference (shown on your confirmation page and in your account) and a sentence on what went wrong.

We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — it is almost always faster. If a chargeback is raised, we will provide the payment provider with the order record, delivery evidence, and our correspondence.
