The Intelligence Core

Stop paying people to move data between tabs.

Most businesses lose a day a week to manual handoffs. We map those processes, automate the mechanical parts, and leave the judgement calls with your team — with monitoring so you know when something fails.

Who this is for

  • Operations teams with repetitive daily processes
  • Companies running on disconnected SaaS tools
  • Agencies and service businesses with heavy onboarding admin
  • Finance and back-office teams doing manual reconciliation

Problems we solve here

  • The same data is entered into three systems by hand
  • Onboarding a client takes hours of copy and paste
  • Reports are assembled manually every month
  • Things get missed because the process lives in someone's head

How this work runs

The path from brief to handoff.

  1. 01

Process mapping — document the real process, including exceptions

  2. 02

Prioritisation — rank by hours saved against build effort

  3. 03

Build — automate with logging and failure alerts

  4. 04

Test — run in parallel with the manual process before cutover

  5. 05

Handover — documentation, monitoring, and support plan

Questions

Answered before you have to ask.

What if the automation breaks?
Every automation we build has error logging and failure alerts, plus a documented manual fallback. Silent failure is the real risk, so we design against it.
Do we need to change tools?
Usually not. We prefer connecting what you already use. If a tool genuinely cannot be automated, we will tell you plainly.
How do you calculate the return?
By timing the current process before we build, then measuring after. The estimate is in the proposal.
